Need information on steadfast and liquidweb

Well after reading through this forum I have decided that I really only have two choices when it comes to unmanaged dedicated hosting. The very short list is steadfast and liquidweb. I have seen many postings about how these two companies have great networks and reliable power.

However, I have found that it is natural to claim a company is good when you, the customer, has not had any problems. So I am looking for answers from people that have had a hardware failure at one of these companies and from people that have had Spam complaints (where you are not actually spamming, of course). Can anyone from the WHT community help me and the rest of us here by explaining your experience(s) and how you thought it was handled?
