Need a host on par with Pair

I am looking for a host for my wordpress blog.

Requirements
- 2GIG storage
- 100+ GB/mo bandwith

I need rock solid stability and uptime because every second that my site is down is lost revenue.

I am looking to pay around $100/mo for this. Should I be looking at shared clustered solutions, dedicated, or VPS?

I dont know anything about managing a server, so it would have to be fully managed. Also, I prefer hsphere hosts because I am used to their control panel
